On a shopping trip this weekend with my mom (who is 100 times more of a shoe junkie than me), I was having no luck in the shoe department. Nothing was special, not one shoe until I came across these Bandolino wedges that I really liked for an everyday summer shoe. Metallic, soft leather & comfortable! I knew instantly that these would be a pair that mom and I would both have to own. We do this on rare occasions when all the shoe cosmos align just right forming a multi-generational shoe that can be worn by mother and daughter. Anyway, here is our shoe. Of course, the shop didn’t have either of our sizes so I guess we’ll be searching online.

Not for the faint at heart, this Diane Von Furstenberg mega-wedge will have you towering over everyone and everything. It’s beautiful shape and gorgeous curves make this shoe an absolute favorite of mine. I’m a bit too clumsy to actually walk in this shoe for more than a minute, but I have a couple of friends who’d do them justice.
